Travel Advisor

About the role

The Travel Advisor will represent Bethel Digitech Limited by consulting prospective clients on international work and study opportunities. The role involves guiding candidates through visa requirements, placement options and career pathways across multiple target regions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and email.
• Educate applicants on requirements for working in the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, Australia, Switzerland and the EU.
• Assist clients in planning career pathways, including overseas employer searches and specialised training.
• Support clients in securing work placements or internships to improve global attractiveness.
• Advise on shortage occupation and skilled worker visas, providing complimentary travel guidance.
• Participate in remote training sessions and briefings via Microsoft Teams.
• Ensure all advisory services comply with company policies and terms.

Required profile

• A degree in business administration, international relations, human resources or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in consultative sales, recruitment or advisory roles with a focus on high‑level customer service.
• Basic knowledge of job markets in the UK, EU and North America; familiarity with shortage occupation lists is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and maintain accurate client records.
