Voice Solutions Sales Engineer

About the role

Liquid Intelligent Technologies Uganda is seeking a Voice Solutions Sales Engineer to lead technical pre‑sales activities for its Voice portfolio. You will act as the bridge between sales, product, engineering, service delivery, partners and customers, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, technically sound and aligned with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from discovery to closing.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions and solution design meetings with customers.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, bids and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
• Provide technical governance and ensure scalability of Voice solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pre‑sales or solution architecture for voice and unified communications.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, engineering and service delivery teams.
