Warehouse Specialist – Tiles & Sanitary Ware

About the role
The Warehouse Specialist will oversee and coordinate efficient warehouse operations for tiles and sanitary ware, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, and timely product movement.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, issuing and dispatching of tiles and sanitary ware.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks and support periodic stocktaking.
- Investigate stock variances, manage damaged, slow‑moving and obsolete items, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage to minimise breakage of tiles and sanitary ware.
- Lead and allocate tasks for Receiving, Issuing and Documentation teams, and liaise with Sales, Logistics and Transport departments.
- Prepare performance and stock reports, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials or related industries is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
