Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw web data into clear, actionable insights. The role supports strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking, analysing user behaviour, and delivering reports that optimise website performance, marketing campaigns and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag‑management tools like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau.
• Partner with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive recommendations that improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
