Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to join our team and help drive strategic decision‑making through data. The role involves implementing tracking, analyzing user behavior, and creating actionable reports to optimise website performance, marketing campaigns and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag‑management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze web traffic patterns, user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and manage customised dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau) to track KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Regularly audit tracking implementations to detect and debug data gaps or issues.
• Provide proactive, actionable recommendations based on data findings to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends and create data‑driven narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stable, high‑speed internet connection with reliable backup.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience with SQL or data‑visualisation tools such as Looker Studio.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio/Data Studio and Tableau.
