About the role
The Hardware Sales Manager will lead business development efforts across the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan. This role focuses on expanding the client base, understanding local market dynamics, and ensuring the successful shipment of products from bonded warehouses while meeting defined sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Travel regularly to the DRC and South Sudan to identify and acquire new customers.
- Analyse local market conditions and assess product demand.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate bonded‑warehouse shipping processes.
- Achieve and exceed established sales quotas.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in South Sudan or the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
- Fluent in French and Swahili with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to apply multiple sales techniques and handle high‑pressure environments.
Required skills
- Fluency in French.
- Fluency in Swahili.
