Admissions Counselor and Tele‑Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Counselor and Tele‑Sales Representative to join Astria Learning. You will engage prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process and drive conversions through phone, WhatsApp and email outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to prospective students via phone, WhatsApp and email, presenting program details and enrollment timelines.
• Assist applicants in completing forms, reviewing submissions for completeness and evaluating eligibility.
• Provide personalized counseling throughout the admissions journey, clarifying program structures, fees and deadlines.
• Explain payment procedures, follow up on enrollment fees and deposits, and coordinate with the Finance team to confirm payments.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with leads, nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.
• Accurately record all interactions, application statuses and payment confirmations in the CRM system and submit regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of telesales, call‑center or customer‑service experience.
• Strong ethical standards and respect for student data privacy.
• Ability to work flexible hours and support students across different time zones.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and reporting.
