Assistant HS Cross Country Coach

About the role
The Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant High School Cross Country Coach to support the boys cross country program. This position works closely with the head coach to develop athletes and promote a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and leading daily practice sessions.
- Support the head coach in organizing meets and travel logistics.
- Provide guidance and feedback to student‑athletes during training and competition.
- Help monitor athlete progress and maintain training records.
Required profile
- Passion for cross country and youth athletics.
- Experience working with high school athletes, preferably in a coaching capacity.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of cross country training techniques.
