BMS Technical Consultant

About the role

The BMS Technical Consultant will join Mantra Technology’s on‑site team in Uganda to deliver expert technical support and consulting for Building Management Systems. This full‑time position focuses on helping clients optimise their BMS performance while collaborating closely with internal teams and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot BMS‑related issues for client sites.
• Advise customers on best practices to optimise system performance and energy efficiency.
• Deliver consulting services, including system assessments and implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Support sales initiatives by offering technical expertise during client acquisition and proposal stages.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret system data.
• Experience in consulting or providing expert advice on Building Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in BMS or similar technical consulting roles is an advantage.
