Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies for our food and beverage portfolio. You will ensure consistent visual identity across all channels while driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand strategy, market positioning, and visual consistency.
• Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and traditional media.
• Monitor daily sales, social media performance, and adjust under‑performing digital ads.
• Analyse weekly and monthly sales, transaction data, customer satisfaction and ROI, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with product development, operations, finance and branch managers for seamless execution.
• Prepare and control marketing budgets, coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Oversee customer experience initiatives, training programs and brand‑aligned service standards.
• Manage PR crises and customer service issues to protect brand reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in the F&B sector.
• Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and measurable results.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and campaign ROI.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
