About the role
Starfly Steel (Uganda) Co. Ltd is seeking an entry‑level Business Administrator to support its fast‑growing steel manufacturing and distribution operations in Kampala. You will work closely with the office team to ensure smooth administrative processes and contribute to the company’s efficient supply‑chain management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise office records, contracts and correspondence.
- Assist with procurement, inventory tracking and logistics coordination.
- Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets and presentations for management.
- Support the finance team with invoicing, payment follow‑up and basic bookkeeping.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience working in a busy office environment.
- Age between 22 and 32 years.
- Strong communication, honesty and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
