About the role
Igongo Country Hotel and Cultural Center is hiring a full-time carpenter in Kamwokya, Uganda. The role covers furniture repair, construction and maintenance work within the hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry work including furniture repair, construction and maintenance.
- Complete assigned tasks on time with high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
- Follow safety standards and hotel policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in carpentry and joinery.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
