Church Engagement Ambassador

About the role

The Family Foundation is seeking a Church Engagement Ambassador who will serve as the Communication & Policy Associate. In this role you will help shape and deliver the organization’s communication strategy, support policy development, and assist with day‑to‑day office administration while representing the foundation’s Christian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and oversee internal and external communications aligned with the foundation’s vision.
• Support the creation, analysis and dissemination of policy documents and advocacy materials.
• Assist with general office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a representative of the foundation, communicating its values and mission to partners, donors and the wider community.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to the Christian faith and the foundation’s mission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism and ability to serve as an ambassador of the Lord Jesus Christ.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a nonprofit environment.
