About the role

Flyland Group Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join its coffee farm team in Kamwokya. As a Coffee Farm Operations Worker you will play a vital part in maintaining the health of coffee plants and ensuring the harvest meets high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plant, water, fertilize and maintain coffee crops.
• Weed fields and support pest and disease control measures.
• Prune coffee trees to promote healthy growth and productivity.
• Harvest ripe coffee cherries following quality specifications.
• Sort, wash, dry and process harvested coffee beans.
• Operate and maintain basic farm tools and equipment.
• Adhere to farm safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform additional farm‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Enjoys outdoor work and can handle physical tasks.
• At least two years of experience in coffee farming or similar agricultural work.
• Committed to producing high‑quality coffee.

Required skills

• Operation of basic farm tools.
• Equipment maintenance.
