Communications Support Officer

About the role

The Communications Support Officer will assist the Operations and Business Development team in delivering consistent internal and external messaging for V Interiors' furniture manufacturing and skills‑training programmes. You will create engaging content, support marketing initiatives and help build strong relationships with customers, trainees and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish content for social media, website, newsletters and marketing collateral.
• Write press releases, reports, promotional material and capture photos, videos and testimonials.
• Maintain a content calendar and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Promote furniture products, training programmes and events while ensuring brand consistency.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, trainees, partners and the public.
• Assist in organising stakeholder meetings, exhibitions and open‑day events.
• Support internal communication between production, training and management teams.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, creative and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Entry‑level with up to 12 months relevant experience.
• Comfortable working across business, training, customer and community contexts.
