Construction Project Manager

About the role

As a Construction Project Manager at DN, you will own the full execution of large‑scale liquid storage projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, schedule, and budget. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strong stakeholder communication to deliver high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, set milestones, and conduct regular progress reviews.
• Identify and implement strategies to mitigate schedule delays and keep projects on track.
• Provide clear, timely updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, monitor task execution, and resolve issues promptly.
• Forecast labor, equipment, and material costs; manage budget and cash flow.
• Guide the team to meet KPIs for safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality‑control and safety programs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate superintendent performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assign and review work for Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering their technical growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a heavy‑civil, self‑performing contractor; concrete experience preferred.
• Strong communication abilities for team collaboration and client interaction.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills to address complex project challenges.
• Proven expertise in conflict resolution and maintaining project cohesion.
