Customer Care Executive (Work from Home)

About the role
J B Industries is seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join its remote team. You will interact with customers via phone, providing information about products, services, and special offers while ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries promptly.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and gather feedback.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company system.
Required profile
- All education levels are accepted.
- Freshers with an interest in customer support or telecalling.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Ability to work day shifts on a six‑day workweek.
