About the role
Uwezo Microfinance Limited is seeking a Customer Care intern to assist its operations in Kampala for a short‑term, full‑time assignment. The role runs Monday to Saturday, 7:30 am‑6:00 pm, for a period of one month. The intern will gain exposure to customer service processes within the micro‑finance sector.
Required profile
- Currently on a study break or a recent graduate.
- Fluent in English and at least two local languages (Runyankole and/or Luganda).
- Valid national ID.
- Resides within reasonable distance of Kampala District.
