Data Integration Specialist

About the role

The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for consolidating data from multiple sources across the organization to deliver accurate, up‑to‑date datasets for business intelligence, analysis and other applications. You will work closely with the bank's core systems and partner platforms to ensure data consistency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Move and consolidate data from diverse sources, creating a unified dataset for reporting and analytics.
• Identify and remediate data misalignments between the customer master file and partner systems such as Home Loans and VAF.
• Design and build scalable data integration solutions, including database objects, procedures, functions and triggers for complex ETL processes.
• Ensure all integration activities comply with the bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Extract and perform preliminary analysis of partner‑system data to validate against the core banking customer master file.
• Collaborate with the EDO team and subject‑matter experts to translate business requirements into integration outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Technology, Information Studies or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience with data principles, especially within banking environments.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols and systems theory.
• Hands‑on experience in business and technical requirements analysis, data mapping and design.
