About the role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Twelve Data’s platform team. The role focuses on building and operating highly‑loaded distributed services that collect and deliver financial market data at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure availability, reliability and security of data‑processing services.
- Identify and remediate weak points, produce documentation and capacity plans.
- Develop tools and components that simplify operations and support new distributed systems.
- Administer Linux servers and related virtualization infrastructure.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux environments and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP.
- Experience with classical algorithms and data structures.
