Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives for Pine Meadouws Limited, a leading manufacturer of premium cleaning solutions in East Africa. Based in Kampala, the role combines on‑site collaboration with remote work to support brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Produce compelling web copy and other digital assets.
• Analyse web analytics to measure performance and optimise strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
• Monitor and optimise digital advertising efforts across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven expertise in marketing and communication, with the ability to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Prior experience in the cleaning or FMCG sector is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Social Media Marketing – platform management, content creation and audience engagement.
• Web Content Writing – producing clear, compelling copy for digital channels.
• Web Analytics – measuring, analysing and optimising digital performance.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
