Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kampala. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns that support our business development and advertising objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise campaigns across social media, search and other online channels.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content and manage community interaction.
• Write web copy, email newsletters and landing‑page content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital activities complement overall marketing strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends, platform best practices and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Marketing and Communication with the ability to translate business goals into effective digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content planning and community management.
• Experience writing clear, on‑brand web content.
• Hands‑on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform‑specific insights.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
