Direct Sales Executive (Kampala)

About the role

People Brand House is seeking a full‑time Direct Sales Executive to join its Kampala office. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across target markets.
• Reach out to potential clients, present the firm’s products and services, and close deals.
• Provide ongoing customer support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee effective delivery of solutions.
• Track sales performance against targets and report results to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales track record with the capacity to identify opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
• Basic knowledge of finance and insurance is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Motivated, self‑driven, goal‑oriented with solid negotiation skills.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
