About the role
The Upland Unified School District is seeking a Director's Secretary to provide dedicated administrative support to the district director. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring compliance with district policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the district director, including managing correspondence and filing documents.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other official paperwork.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the director’s office.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Assist with coordination of the district secretarial exam process.
Required profile
- Successful completion of the UUSD secretarial exam with certificate uploaded to the Edjoin application.
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Two current letters of recommendation dated within the last twelve months.
- Resume submitted electronically via Edjoin.
- Commitment to uphold the district’s non‑discrimination and harassment policies.
