Early Years Leader - October Half Term

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Leader to join our October half‑term camp. You will be responsible for delivering a safe, fun and educational experience for 4‑ and 5‑year‑old children during the holiday period.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp, ensuring activities are age‑appropriate and engaging.
• Ensure the welfare, safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
• Plan and lead structured sports, arts and play sessions for the Early Years group (Ultimate Activity Juniors).
• Work closely with the Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements and camp standards.
• Act as the primary pastoral contact for 4‑ and 5‑year‑olds, providing high‑quality care and communicating with parents.

Required profile

• Experience working with young children in a camp, school or early‑years setting.
• Ability to maintain a safe environment and respond to children’s needs promptly.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with parents and team members.
