직무 소개

마리엇 인터내셔널에서 고객 만족과 매출 증대를 담당할 Executive Sales 담당자를 모집합니다. 호텔 고객의 예약, 문의 및 문제 해결을 통해 브랜드 가치를 높이는 역할입니다.

주요 업무

고객 전화, 팩스, 이메일을 통한 예약 접수 및 변경, 취소 처리
Marriott Rewards 포인트 적립 및 사용 관리
업셀링 및 교차 판매를 통한 매출 극대화
고객에게 보상 및 혜택 제공
영업·마케팅 부서와 협업하여 브랜드 이미지 홍보
사무 업무 지원(문서 작성, 파일링, 이메일 발송 등)

지원 자격

고등학교 졸업 이상
관련 업무 2년 이상 경험
고객 서비스 및 영업 경험 보유

필수 역량

우수한 대인 관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
문제 해결 및 의사 결정 능력
전문적인 전화 응대 매너
팀워크와 협업 능력
