Facilities and Administration Intern

About the role

The Facilities and Administration Intern will join PATH’s Uganda country program to support the smooth operation of the office environment. Working closely with the facilities team, the intern will gain hands‑on experience in office management, travel coordination and store record keeping while contributing to a mission‑driven nonprofit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the facilities cleaning team and ensure office spaces are well‑maintained, ventilated and properly lit.
• Update and reconcile office store records on a weekly basis.
• Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation and vehicle bookings for staff.
• Liaise with vehicle service providers to secure transportation for staff trips.
• Prepare monthly travel charge list reports and support the safety and security management team as needed.

Required profile

• Final‑year bachelor’s degree student at an accredited university.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work in various areas such as facilities management, office administration and travel coordination.
