Field Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Field Data Analyst to turn collections data into actionable insights that drive business growth. The role involves gathering information from multiple sources, analysing trends, and presenting findings to support decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours and opportunities for improving collections performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools to track key metrics and KPIs for the Field Collections team.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders on an hourly, daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Verify that customer refunds comply with policy and are issued to the correct recipients.
• Share customer segmentation with sales teams to enable early‑stage follow‑ups and improve collections.
• Compile collection officer commission data and support business analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Collections Analyst, Business Analyst or a similar analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail, data integrity and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other data analysis tools.
