About the role
The company is seeking energetic field sales agents to promote KETICOL products, engage customers and drive sales in the Bukoto area. The role involves direct market interaction, identifying opportunities and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers
- Promote and sell KETICOL products in the field
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
- Support market expansion and product visibility
- Meet agreed sales targets
- Provide feedback from customers and the market
Required profile
- Male (preferred)
- Diploma or degree in a business‑related course
- At least 1 year of practical sales experience
- Ability to ride a motorcycle for mobility
What we offer
- UGX 300,000 monthly retainer
- Commission on sales
- Allowances for travel and mobility
