Field Sales Agent – POS Software (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑time Field Sales Agent to promote our point‑of‑sale (POS) software to local businesses in Kamwokya, Uganda. You will be the first point of contact, delivering live demonstrations and gathering interest from shop owners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops, pharmacies, salons, supermarkets and other businesses within your assigned area.
• Provide short, live demos of the POS app on a supplied device, with full training and support.
• Record each demo – owner name, business name, and phone number – in the tracking system.
• Follow up with interested owners and pass qualified leads to the closing team.
• Report activity and feedback regularly to the technical team.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, presentable and honest, able to manage your own route.
• Owns a smartphone and is comfortable demonstrating an app.
• Proven hustle – prior experience in field or door‑to‑door sales (e.g., mobile money, pay‑TV, solar, FMCG, medical rep) is a strong advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
