Field Sales Officer

About the role

The Field Sales Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Fort Portal, representing Info‑Code Consults Limited to prospective and existing clients. The role focuses on promoting the company’s ICT and business consulting services, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, visit and engage potential and existing clients in the Fort Portal region.
• Present Info‑Code’s ICT solutions, mobile apps, e‑learning platforms, website design, digital branding, and related services.
• Gather client requirements, prepare basic proposals and follow up to ensure timely deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report market feedback to management.
• Support client onboarding in coordination with internal teams and participate in promotional events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong client relationship and customer service abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and travel within the region.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, ICT or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as email, CRM systems and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with ICT and business consulting services is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Fort Portal is a plus.
