Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of SERVTECH, a leading gaming company operating across multiple African markets. Reporting to the Country Manager, this role ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports in line with accounting standards.
• Develop annual budgets, manage forecasts and analyse variances.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and provide insights to senior management.
• Implement cost‑saving initiatives and monitor expenses.
• Oversee cash‑flow planning and maintain banking relationships.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain effective internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate financial results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional accounting designation (ACCA or CPA).
• 5+ years experience in a senior financial managerial position.
• Results‑oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software.
