About the role

ICEA LION Uganda is seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor to join its client‑focused team in Kampala. You will work directly with individuals and families to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored insurance, pension, and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to assess their financial goals and current situation.
• Recommend appropriate insurance, pension and investment products.
• Develop individualized financial plans and retirement strategies.
• Monitor client portfolios and adjust recommendations as needs evolve.
• Conduct financial analysis, prepare proposals and deliver presentations.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide ongoing follow‑up support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on market trends and product changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning and advisory.
• Solid knowledge of finance, investments and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Diploma or degree in a related field.
