Fleet Officer

About the role

The Fleet Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient use, proper maintenance, and accurate reporting. This role works closely with the Operations Supervisor and other internal teams to manage auditing, fuel consumption, and GPS tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movements via GPS and generate performance reports.
• Coordinate with SGA for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of tracking devices.
• Track fuel consumption, generate bi‑monthly fuel reports, and investigate anomalies.
• Ensure timely servicing and repairs of cars and motorcycles, including tyre purchases.
• Maintain vehicle documentation, driver permits, and service contracts.
• Prepare weekly Excel reports on vehicle usage and fuel consumption.
• Collect and manage new fuel cards and related PIN codes.
• Perform regular checks to settle penalties and keep records organized.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong time‑management and deadline‑driven work ethic.
• Detail‑oriented with good data‑entry capabilities.
