Translation Admy – Freelance Interpreters, Translators & Intercultural Mediators (Uganda) Translation Admy is a Germany-based translation and interpreting agency expanding its network of freelance language professionals in Uganda. We are looking for qualified interpreters, translators and intercultural mediators based in Kampala and other regions of Uganda for potential future assignments. Languages of interest: English, Luganda, Swahili, Acholi, Lango, Runyankole, Rukiga, Ateso, Arabic, Somali, French, Kinyarwanda, and other African languages and dialects. Responsibilities: - Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpreting services according to your qualifications. - Translate written documents accurately and confidentially. - Support intercultural communication in professional and institutional settings. - Participate in potential on-site or remote assignments. Requirements: - Excellent proficiency in at least one relevant language combination. - Strong communication skills and professional reliability. - Previous experience in interpreting, translation or intercultural mediation is an advantage. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Availability for freelance assignments.
