About the role

This full-time, on-site Cleaner position is based in Uganda. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across offices, washrooms, corridors and other common areas.

Key responsibilities

Sweep, mop, dust and wipe surfaces in assigned areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to procedures.
Clean windows, fixtures and restock hygiene supplies.
Report maintenance issues and follow safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to keep spaces neat and presentable.

Required profile

Ability to perform general cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
Understanding of basic hygiene, sanitation and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
Good physical stamina for standing, bending and moderate lifting.
Reliability, punctuality and strong sense of responsibility.
Basic literacy and numeracy to understand simple instructions and safety labels.
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
