Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. In this independent contractor position you will own the paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximizing ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies.
• Perform A/B testing and continuous optimisation to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Deliver clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI across multiple accounts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate them into actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven effectiveness in a remote work environment.
