About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert helps ensure smooth food and beverage operations by providing a wide range of on‑site services. This part‑time position involves setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and maintaining clean work areas. The role requires physical activity and a focus on delivering a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, replenish supplies, and clean work areas to support food and beverage service.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and help manage menu information.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces while standing, walking, or bending for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is preferred but not required.
