Gym Coach

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an energetic Gym Coach to join our preschool team. You will design and lead age‑appropriate physical education activities that develop gross motor skills, coordination, and a love of movement in young children.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum for preschool‑aged children.
• Plan and lead structured gym classes, including games, exercises, obstacle courses, and movement activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages exploration of different movements.
• Adapt activities to meet the diverse abilities and needs of each child.
• Enhance lessons with music, props, and creative equipment to keep sessions engaging.

Required profile

• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Background in physical education, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design fun, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and staff.
