About the role
This Graduate Trainee role supports the Human Resources department by applying data‑analysis techniques to HR processes. It offers a hands‑on opportunity to develop analytical skills while contributing to workforce insights.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources department with data‑driven tasks and reporting.
- Collect, clean and analyse HR‑related datasets to provide insights on workforce trends.
- Assist in developing dashboards and visualisations for HR metrics.
- Help prepare regular reports on recruitment, turnover, training and employee performance.
- Collaborate with HR specialists to identify data‑quality issues and propose improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Upper Second Class or higher) in HR Management, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Quantitative Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or a related quantitative discipline.
- Graduated within the last two years.
- Strong academic record reflecting analytical capability.
