HS Football Assistant

About the role
The Academy is seeking a motivated High School Football Assistant to support its football program. This role involves working closely with the head coach and student‑athletes to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive sporting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practice sessions.
- Organize and maintain equipment, uniforms, and training materials.
- Coordinate team travel, schedules, and game day logistics.
- Support student‑athletes with warm‑ups, drills, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance statistics, and equipment inventory.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and disciplined team culture.
Required profile
- Passion for football and experience in a high school sports setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with teenagers.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
