Impact Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Impact Specialist to join our NGO focused on the farming sector. The role combines business consulting, financial modelling, project management and design to drive sustainable outcomes for farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business consulting engagements with farming communities and partners.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess project viability and impact.
• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring across sustainability, reforestation, and carbon sequestration initiatives.
• Design interventions that improve farmer livelihoods and promote sustainable agriculture.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate environmental and social objectives.

Required profile

• Degree from an international business school.
• Experience working in an international consultancy firm.
• Proven analytical experience in sustainability, agriculture, reforestation, carbon sequestration, or farmer livelihood improvement.
• Strong passion for making a difference to farmers.
