Infant Lead Teacher

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Infant Lead Teacher to create a nurturing, joyful environment for our youngest learners. You will lead a classroom of infants, collaborate with fellow educators, and communicate daily milestones to families.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Document and share daily updates with parents.
• Plan a balanced daily schedule that includes quiet time, active play, and motor‑skill activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers to align curriculum and best practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience as an infant classroom teacher.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous lead teacher experience in a preschool setting.
