About the role
The Insurance Sales Agent will help expand CIC AFRICA LIFE ASSURANCE's customer base by identifying sales opportunities and promoting insurance products. You will work directly with prospects, explain policy options, and support clients after purchase.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and marketing strategies.
- Conduct negotiations for sales contracts and ensure smooth closure of insurance policies.
- Explain various insurance policies to potential prospects.
- Provide after‑sales support and maintain ongoing contact with clients.
- Secure further sales by nurturing existing client relationships.
- Identify potential new clients and grow the customer base.
