Insurance Sales Agent

About the role

The Insurance Sales Agent role at Prudential Uganda is a full‑time hybrid position based in Kampala, offering flexibility to work from home. You will identify prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and manage the sales process from proposal to policy issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Prepare proposals, complete application paperwork, and follow up for policy issuance and premium collection.
• Provide ongoing customer service, handle inquiries, and conduct policy reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and marketing activities to grow the client base and achieve sales targets.
