About the role
Prudential is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales Representative to join its team in Kampala. This hybrid position combines office‑based work with remote flexibility, focusing on selling a range of insurance products while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Provide accurate guidance on insurance practices and related services.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
