About the role
The Insurance Salesperson will work full‑time on‑site in Kampala, identifying and approaching potential clients to present insurance services and build long‑term relationships that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new clients, conduct sales meetings and presentations, and prepare proposals.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and provide ongoing account support.
Required profile
- Strong sales and business development skills with proven experience in advertising, marketing or related services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Kampala is a plus.
