Integrated Solutions Manager – Uganda

About the role

The Integrated Solutions Manager will lead the development and delivery of integrated technology solutions for clients in Uganda. This client‑facing position focuses on reducing risk, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth through innovative technology integration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L and overall operations of the Integrated Solutions Business Unit, ensuring value delivery, organic growth, and team performance.
• Collaborate with sales, CRM, and operations leaders to design and promote integrated technology solutions for the Ugandan market.
• Lead technical sales activities including surveys, design, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Plan, budget, and execute projects on time and within budget, developing and monitoring business unit strategies.
• Establish organizational structures, systems, and processes that enable efficient resource deployment and quality assurance.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and adherence to service level agreements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and talent development for the integrated solutions team.
