About the role

The IT Officer will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the company's hardware, software and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations and security.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, servers and related hardware.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
  • Manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
  • Implement data backup, antivirus protection and access control measures.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and standards.
  • Plan and execute IT projects including upgrades, migrations and installations.

Required profile

  • Mid‑level experience (approximately 2 years) in IT support or similar role.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to understand and meet IT needs.

Required skills

  • Hardware installation and maintenance.
  • Software configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Network management (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Data backup and antivirus solutions.
  • Access control and security best practices.
