Junior Quant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Quant to join our high-frequency trading team. You will work on low-latency infrastructure and develop trading strategies that directly impact the firm’s P&L. The position is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to apply quantitative skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and test algorithmic trading strategies from concept to production.
• Maintain and optimise low-latency data pipelines and execution systems.
• Analyse market data to generate actionable insights and improve existing models.
• Collaborate with senior quants and engineers to continuously refine performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving challenging problems.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-driven team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C++.
• Proficiency in Python.
